Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the smartphone application (hereinafter referred to as the "App") provided by AsoBePort (Representative: Masanari Iyoda, hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). Users (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "you") must use the App in accordance with these Terms.
1. Application
These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and us regarding the use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
2. Disclaimer (Important)
We make no warranties whatsoever regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the calculation results provided by the App (including cutting diagrams, cut dimensions, remaining scrap sizes, etc.).
When referencing the App's calculation results, the User must verify the actual dimensions, kerf (blade thickness), and other relevant factors themselves. All wood cutting and DIY activities are performed entirely at the User's own risk.
We shall not be held liable for any loss of materials, injuries or accidents during work, or any other damages arising from the use of the App, calculation errors, or app malfunctions.
Data saved within the App (such as projects and dimension data) may be permanently lost due to device failure or app uninstallation. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from such data loss.
3. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All programs, designs, UI, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or our legitimate licensors. Unauthorized copying, modification, redistribution, reverse engineering, or similar acts are strictly prohibited.
4. Modification and Termination of Service
We reserve the right to change, add to, or suspend the provision of the App at any time without prior notice to the User. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of such actions.
5. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice if deemed necessary. The modified Terms shall become effective at the time they are posted within the App or on our designated website.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the App, the court having jurisdiction over our location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
